Adams Yakubu - Concern is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun state. A Chartered Stockbroker and Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange for over twenty (20) years. An alumni of Lagos Business School, he has attended several financial and management courses some of which include Marketing Financial Services - LBS, Lagos, International Capital Market EUROMONEY, Lagos and Owner Manager Programme of Lagos Business School. Mr. Yakubu Concern Adams started his working career as a pioneer staff of OMF Securities and Finance Limited (subsidiary of Oasis Group) in 1994, before joining Counters Trust Securities Limited (a subsidiary of First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH)) in March 1999. He left Counters Trust Securities Limited in November 2003 as Head Dealing Operations and Stockbroking to set up SMADAC Securities Limited. He has extensive experience in stock broking operations, financial matters and has been engaged in a lot of notable transactions. He is an Entrepreneurial par Excellent with innovative and strategic business acumen. Yakubu has foresight into the future of work and as a Change Champion he navigates the Company.
Mr. Abubakar Maibe is a graduate of Geography from the University of Maiduguri Nigeria (1989). He started his career with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in 1991 as an Assistant superintendent of Narcotics. In his quest to diversify his interest to the private sector of the economy, he joined the First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH LTD) in 1995 where he managed a well-motivated and purpose driven workforce. He rose to head the overall operations of the Group covering Money market, Capital market and Asset Management. He has over twenty (20) years’ experience in Operations, Systems Design and implementation. He is an Alumni of Lagos Business School and member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD). Over the years, Abubakar has attended various Financial and Management training programmes. He joined the Management team of SMADAC Securities Limited in the year 2008 as an Executive Director, Financial Services where he oversees the activities of the Account Units, Investment Unit, Operations/IT Unit and the Broker. As a member of the board Abubakar presents state of affairs to the board and bring home the current realties for board strategic intervention.
Mrs. Ifeoma P. Adeniyi is a Human Resources Management practitioner with over twenty-five (25) years’ experience and over 15 years as a Legal Practitioner across major sectors of the Nigerian economy. A HR generalist with interest in people Management and capacity building. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Akoka; Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and a Law Degree from the same University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. Mrs. Ifeoma P. Adeniyi joined the services of SMADAC Securities Limited on November 10, 2008 as the 2nd Vice President /HR Admin as part of the Company’s strategic repositioning. Currently She is an Executive Director, HR/ Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD), Fellow, Association of Corporate Governance of Nigeria (ACGPN), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (USA), Member, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA. Fellow, Institute of Leadership, Coaching & Strategy (ILCS), Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
Uyo Etoma Sunday is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SMADAC Securities Limited. A Fellow Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN),a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner and Associate member, Portfolio & Debt Management Institute. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy/Finance from Yaba College of Technology and MBA (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH). Prior to joining SMADAC Securities Limited, he worked with Camry Securities Limited and Schneider Electric Nigeria Limited as Compliance Officer and Finance Manager. Sunday has over 15 years working experience across various finance roles specializing in Financial Reporting, Financial Control and Risk Management. In addition to his role as the CFO, Sunday is the Risk Management Champion of the Risk Management team of SMADAC Securities Limited comprising of representatives of the various Units of the Company.
Gbemisola Tomori joined SMADAC Securities Limited in the year 2007 and has over 12 years working experience in the Nigeria Capital Market particularly as the back-office operator. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance from Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH) and a Master in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso (LAUTECH). She heads the Operations/IT Unit with a wealth of experience in Securities trading, back office operations and portfolio management. She is painstaking and has eyes for details and this she brings to bear on her job on a daily basis.
Benjamin holds Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, PGD in Management from Lagos State University (LASU) an MBA degree from Lincoln University Oakland California, USA. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of stockbrokers (ACS). He joined SMADAC Securities Limited in 2007 as an Operations/IT officer until 2010 when he was transferred to the Investment Unit as an Investment Officer. Due to his hard work, diligence and high sense of integrity, he was promoted in 2019 to head a team of highly dedicated staff members of the Investment Unit. Benjamin ensures that SMADAC Securities Limited valued clients has access to the various opportunities available in the capital market real time.
